WHY HELLO THERE.
Being as this is the very first post I had decided it would have be an exceptionally wonderful, amazingly well written, beautiful first post. (So I can better take advantage of the 0.002 cents per impression i make).
So I here I am, deep in thought, what content should my very first post constitute Should I talk (or rather, write) about the artform that is the Wu-Tang Clan or the shit show that is Andy Worhol? Should I dicuss my views on current events (the new ‘cold’ war Russia is starting, or the public execution of hamas leaders) Or meander about talking about the NFL. So as i sit here, aptly troubled, I came up with the most brilliant conclusion. I’m going to dicuss every single meaningless thought that has dribbed into my brain. READY SET GO!
The Wu-Tang Clan really is one of the most artful, poetic ‘ethnic’ music I have ever come across. For example, take for instance to their triumphantly well written and produced song ‘Reunited’.
Now before you dimiss this form of lyrical genius as frivolously violent and needlessly aggressive. You have to consider that the roots of hip hop and why music like this exists. But Wu-tang Clan, is a group full of extremely talented lyricality and intelligence that gives them an “unparalled advantage of a natural disaster thats impossible to manage”and If that metaphor didnt quite move you consider the “Gold and Platinum frisbees on [their] wall, lookin properly”. Although they had more commerical sucess in the past hopefully “they return like Jesus, when the whole world need us”. But all jokes aside, you cannot dismiss hip hop as an inferior form of music because it is ‘unintelligent and untalented’
We now move on to the shitshow that is Andy Worhol,

We now move on to a topic infinitely more important than Andy Warhol, current events. Im not sure if have heard of the new Cold war Russia is starting. Now before you Americans get too excited and start running into your home made bomb shelters, screaming at your TV to git ‘er done. I mean cold in the literal sense. Russia has cut all heating and power to its neighbor Bulgaria in an effort to “flex its muscles in front of the world”. (in a dispute over pricing)

Speaking of irrational and stupid, we now go to the Gaza conflict where the Israeli government has just televised the execution of Hamas leaders in a bid at psychological warfare. Now these two groups have just recently started fighting after a 6 month ceasefire, but it seems they are more intent on causing civilian harm than on capturing tactical locations. Also, I have a serious problem with the way this this conflict has been reported in the news, im tired of these jewish spokesman throwing in a red herring every time they are asked about the hundreds of civilian deaths they are causing. (just because you are sending in millions of dollars in aid, does not somehow cancel out the loss of life, but it does susceed in deflecting the question). Furthermore, Ehud Olmert says he will fight this war “to the bitter end” which does not fare well for the preservation of life as the IDF has huge military support from far more militarized nations against the civilian fodder. And here I was thinking that Israel was more civilized than its neighbors, but if they can’t even grant the Red Cross more than 3 hours of ceasefire than I say they are just as bad as its suicide bombing neighbors (whoop de fuckin doo, you dropped flyers)(if you want sources just google it, these are current events , not some impossible to find medical study from 1982)
We now take a step into the world of the NFL.
This week: We have “The Cardinals having a turnover party on Delhommes birthday”, the Eagles beating the giants (no clever quips here, i hope the eagles burn, for all I care) and finally we have THE BALTIMORE RAVENS BEATING THE TITANS. (its seems like the dinosaur ray lewis has found a time machine to 2000, in the words of a buddy of mine)
If San Diego wins, we are loooking a very mediocore Superbowl (with all these top seeded teams falling)
We have Eagles vs Cardinals and Baltimore vs San Diego. Hopefully the steelers win.
